A special Nueva School Room Rate has been secured and is guaranteed through September 15, 2009. Reservations made after September 15 are subject to availability and current pricing.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Hotel Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before scheduled arrival to avoid cancellation fees. If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the guest will be billed for one night’s room rate, plus applicable taxes.

Transportation:

The shuttle is available every day, 24 hours a day and runs every 10-15 minutes. Take your luggage to the Upper Level, center island, and look for the area marked "Hotel Shuttle". The shuttle is a large bus marked "Hyatt Regency and Marriott".
For arrivals from midnight to 4:40 am:  shuttles pick up every 30 minutes.

Shuttle to Downtown Burlingame:
A free shuttle service runs between the hotel and downtown Burlingame (a 15-minute ride), departing from the hotel approximately every 40 minutes, starting daily at 11:35 am. Click here or contact the hotel concierge for additional information such as public transportation, taxi, or town car service.

Driving Directions:

From San Francisco: Take 101 South. Exit Millbrae Ave. East. Turn right at stoplight onto Bayshore Hwy. Proceed through 4 stoplights. Hotel is on right. From East Bay: Take I-880 South toward San Jose. Merge onto CA-92 W toward San Mateo Br. Merge onto US-101 N toward San Francisco to the Broadway Exit. Take the Airport Blvd ramp toward Bayshore Blvd, then turn left onto Bayshore Hwy to the hotel. From South Bay: Take 101 North to the Broadway Exit. Take the Airport Blvd ramp toward Bayshore Blvd, then turn left onto Bayshore Hwy to the hotel. From North Bay: Take 101 South to the Broadway Exit, toward Burlingame. Take the ramp toward the overpass, then turn right onto Rollins Rd. Make a slight right onto Broadway, then turn left onto Bayshore Hwy to the hotel.
